In keeping with a growth period that started during the pandemic, our needs as a firm — and the needs of our clients — have grown and evolved, we’ve added three new full-time employees to our team.

Does this sound like déjà vu? It’s true that we just announced four new staffers last month. Thanks to thoughtful leadership and strategic planning, our firm continues to grow and we remain committed to ensuring that we fulfill our mission and meet our clients’ needs head-on.

We’re excited to welcome Marlo, Mike and John to our team. True to form, they’ve already immersed themselves in client work. Get to know them and the expertise they bring to our firm.

Marlo DelSordo, Director

Marlo’s journalism degree from Temple led to her first job in tourism PR, which kicked off an impressive career in public relations. She’s managed accounts for Blockbuster and Sony Music, as well as the internet’s first online music store, CDNOW.

Her experience doesn’t stop there. Seven years at Philabundance helped her hone nonprofit chops before spending time in the health care sector, and then serving as Public Information Officer for Cheltenham Township in the Philadelphia suburbs. Just before joining Ceisler Media, Marlo served as the Director of Communications for insurance marketing company Ignitist.

Mike Dunn, Senior Vice President

A radio internship at the University of Maryland led to Mike’s 35-year broadcast career, 25 of which the Bucks County, PA, native spent with KYW Newsradio in Philadelphia. After covering Mayors Rendell, Street and Nutter, Mike found himself transitioning to public relations when he joined the Jim Kenney administration as Senior Deputy Communications Director in 2016.

Mike led outreach on complex and controversial policies, and crisis communications around COVID-19, criminal justice reform and the 2020 presidential election. Those experiences brought him a deep understanding of the challenges of communicating urban policies and programs amid limited resources, rampant poverty, and a divided political landscape. Years of providing live reports while a story was unfolding in front of him taught Mike the value of staying calm, thinking clearly, and speaking with both clarity and brevity.

John Kelemen, Senior Account Executive

John has spent most of his career in politics, starting with managing a Pennsylvania state representative’s district office after graduating from Bloomsburg University, and most recently serving as Communications Director to former Pa. Sen. Tom Killion and Communications Manager for the PA House Republican Caucus.

John specializes in strategic communications and media relations and is especially proud to have worked on Deana’s Law, which was enacted this summer. Named for Deana DeRosa Eckman, who was killed in February 2019 in a head-on collision in Delaware County caused by an individual with five previous DUI convictions, the law requires the imposition of consecutive sentences for those convicted of third and subsequent DUIs. It also increases prison sentences for those offenders. John resides in Malvern, Chester County with his son, Gregory and is a lector and active parishioner at Saints Philip and James Parish in Exton.
