Ceisler Media Expands Digital Expertise

Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy is proud to announce the hiring of four new members to our team, with the focus on further expanding our expertise in digital media.

Krystal Bonner becomes the first Director of our Digital and Creative Services team – managing, developing, executing and measuring digital media campaigns for our firm’s clients.

Her work will include overseeing social media content, web design, branding, video, and graphics work, as well as paid campaigns, social listening, and other online tactics that work together to form an integrated campaign strategy.

Krystal worked the past five in the office of Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, most recently as Chief Digital Officer. In that role, she led the governor and commonwealth’s social media and web strategy. She also was a member of the executive staff advising the governor and his cabinet.

Alison Burdo joins us as a Senior Associate, focused on crafting digital campaigns for Ceisler Media clients. That entails working with diverse digital management tools to create websites, oversee social media, write press releases and produce all forms of cutting-edge media projects.

Before joining Ceisler in 2020, Alison helped launch the nonprofit Initiative for Better Gun Violence Reporting. She previously worked four years for the Philadelphia Business Journal, where her jack-of-all-trades position included editing, reporting, managing the website, devising digital and social media growth plans and coordinating special projects.

Julia Wolf is our new Graphic Designer, producing artwork and creative content for multiple clients. Her work includes motion graphics, advertisements, social media stories and branding.

Julia comes to us from Liberty Property Trust, a real estate investment trust, where she supported all 25 of the company’s markets in the United States and England with their print and digital design needs.

And Shannon McLaughlin joins us as an Associate. She will focus her client work on media monitoring, writing press materials and drafting internal communications.

Shannon previously served as Executive Education Administrator at Drexel University’s Lebow College of Business. Prior to that she worked as an Executive Assistant for a Montgomery County Commissioner, a position that gave her insight into the inner workings of local government.
