Creative Associate – Philadelphia

Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy seeks a creative associate to join its Philadelphia office. This position will support design projects for our clients, as well as our firm’s brand.

ABOUT THE JOB

This position is responsible for creating and editing digital and printed products for a variety of firm clients, including fliers, annual reports, newsletters, postcards, website and more. In addition, the Creative Associate manages visual assets and brand kits for internal stakeholders, existing clients and prospective new business partners, while occasionally assisting the team with social media needs and website maintenance. This position reports to Ceisler Media’s Senior Director of Digital Strategy, and works closely with and receives guidance from the Senior Creative Manager.

The right candidate has strong design and skills, can easily shift between different client projects, is super-organized and hyper-communicative, demonstrates initiative among peers and managers, and needs no help balancing multiple deadlines.

To thrive in this role, the Creative Associate should expect to serve as a lead on at least 3 client accounts — interacting directly with clients and working with colleagues all the way to the Senior Vice President level to keep projects running on time.

Additionally, the Creative Associate tracks and responds to creative requests for all clients on an as-needed basis, requiring an understanding of client priorities, project turnaround times and colleagues’ abilities, and the confidence to set and manage expectations of peers, managers and senior leadership.
