Bringing Live-Work-Play Opportunities to Montgomery County
Ceisler Media supported communications for a new mixed-use development in Souderton
ISSUE
Towne Gate Commons is a mixed-use development with plans for 140 residential townhomes, 64,000 square feet of commercial space, and a public plaza, park and amphitheater located at the former Souderton Area High School campus – an approximately 40-acre, full city block site in a part of Montgomery County, Pa., without much commercial activity or many gathering spaces.
STRATEGY
Ceisler Media worked with the development team to communicate the diverse retail offerings in Souderton that provide additional community gathering spaces, and to support the further enhancement of a downtown “Main Street” (Broad Street) by establishing a town center within a short walk of existing businesses. The site offers new dining and retail opportunities with a walkable main street adjacent to 140 new townhomes.
RESULT
Ceisler Media deployed traditional and digital media and leveraged its partnership with the Souderton Business Improvement District to engage with community stakeholders and support local events and initiatives, generating support for and interest in the new development. Our team designed and built the Towne Gate Commons website, which served as a hub both for prospective tenants and curious neighbors.
