John Kelemen joined Ceisler Media as Senior Account Executive after spending most of his career in Pennsylvania politics. He started by managing a Pennsylvania state representative’s district office and most recently served as communications director to former Pennsylvania State Sen. Tom Killion and communications manager for the PA House Republican Caucus. 

At Ceisler, he has the opportunity to utilize his experience in crafting communication strategies for our clients while also making sure the details of day-to-day communication needs are successfully met. John believes there is a real collaborative spirit at Ceisler, thanks to our team’s diverse backgrounds and varied professional experiences, which he particularly enjoys. 

An expert in strategic communications and media relations, John is especially proud to have worked on Deana’s Law. Named for Deana DeRosa Eckman, who was killed in February 2019 in a head-on collision in Delaware County caused by an individual with five previous DUI convictions, the law requires the imposition of consecutive sentences for those convicted of third and subsequent DUIs. It also increases prison sentences for those offenders.  

John graduated from Bloomsburg University with a bachelor’s degree in history. He resides in Malvern, Chester County, with his son Gregory, and is a lector and active parishioner at Saints Philip and James Parish in Exton.
