Lucas Elfreich, who joined us in 2021, was promoted to Finance & Administration Manager.  He previously was our Operations Manager for 3 years, during which time he managed the Media Operations team, coordinated media buys, onboarded new staff and organized events for the firm.  Lucas seamlessly keeps the Philadelphia office — and the firm at large — running.
 
Before joining the Ceisler Media, Lucas worked for three years as a middle school and high school social studies teacher in New Orleans. He is a native of Toledo, Ohio, and graduated from Miami University.  He currently lives in Philadelphia.
